Is remote support safe?
Yes. You start the session, we only connect with your permission, and the connection runs through the secure Micro Fusion remote client. When the session ends, access ends.
What do I need to get started?
A computer that still starts, an internet connection and a way to reach us, such as WhatsApp, email or the phone.
How much does it cost?
Remote assistance is R350 per hour. You only pay for the time spent on your problem.
Can you remove a virus remotely?
In many cases, yes. However in some cases infections are too deep for a remote clean-up and need a workshop repair or a fresh install, which is covered under PC repairs. We will tell you early so you are not paying for guesswork.
Do you support businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Remote support suits small offices that need quick help without waiting for a technician to arrive.
Which areas do you cover?
